• Usage information: session activity, screens accessed, videos viewed, and interactions.
• Log information: app version, access time, and system logs.
• Device information: device model, OS version, and identifiers.

Image and Face Data (Sensitive Information):

• The app contains event-based image folders.
• Users may upload images for face search functionality.
• We collect facial features (face embeddings) only to match images within event galleries.
• No personal identity information or authentication is required.

Storage of Data:

• Images and face data are stored temporarily on secure servers in India.
• Images are organized in event-specific folders.

Generated Information:

• We generate face embeddings for matching purposes only.

2. Use of Information

• Provide and maintain app functionality.
• Enable face search within event images.
• Improve performance and fix bugs.
• Monitor usage and ensure security.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use face data for advertising, profiling, or identifying individuals.

3. Sharing of Information

• We do not sell or share face data with third parties.
• Data may be shared with service providers for hosting purposes.
• Data may be disclosed if required by law.

Face data is never used for marketing or advertising.

4. Data Transfer

All data is processed and stored in India or secure infrastructure used by service providers.

5. Data Retention

• Images and face data are stored temporarily.
• Data is retained only for a short duration required for processing.
• All data is automatically deleted after processing.

6. Your Choices

• You can choose not to upload images.
• The app does not require authentication.
